What to Expect
- External manual therapy for abdomen, hips, pelvis, and low back
- Internal pelvic floor treatment (only if needed and with full consent) to assess and treat deeper muscular tension, weakness, or coordination
- Biofeedback to help visualize muscle activity and retrain pelvic floor function
- Breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce tension and improve control
- Functional movement retraining for lifting, core stability, sports, and daily mobility
- Education on bladder, bowel, and sexual health
