Do I need a doctor’s referral to make an appointment?

No—a referral is not required to schedule with us. However, some insurance plans may require a physician referral to reimburse physical therapy. It’s also helpful to see your doctor to rule out underlying medical conditions.

No. Tokyo Rehabilitation is a private clinic and is not covered by Japanese National Health Insurance.

  • TRICARE Prime — direct billing available for eligible beneficiaries.
  • For other private/international plans, we provide itemized receipts and documentation for self-submission.

Yes. Every session is private and one-on-one with no overlap to ensure privacy and quality care.

We treat women, men, and transgender individuals for a broad range of issues. We treat all ages.

Yes. Pilates and Massage Therapy are available a la carte or as part of a rehab plan.

Home health visits are available on a limited basis with advance scheduling. Please inquire for rates.

Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move in (e.g., yoga/athletic wear). Your therapist will explain any pelvic health assessment options and obtain full consent.
